Joe leads complex programs and change initiatives for Stokes Evans.

Mr. Healy earned an MS in Government Information Leadership focused on Cyber Security from the National Defense University. an MS in Computer Science & Business Management from the University of Rhode Island, and a BS in Mathematics & Computer Science, from the US Coast Guard Academy.

Kevin VanLowe

Risk and Supply Chain Management

Kevin VanLowe has over twenty-five years of experience in strategy, supply chain, and risk management as both a consultant and senior executive. Kevin has managed high-impact supply chain security and optimization efforts in the automotive, high technology, aviation, and software industries. Kevin also has experience improving government budget, risk management, vendor management, and acquisition processes and organizations.

Kevin earned an MBA form the University of Southern California and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.

Melissa Peery, PMP

Melissa has the technical background and breadth of experience across both commercial and government clients to quickly impact new engagements.

Melissa earned an MS in Linguistics from Georgetown University and BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
