He has worked in all aspects of strategic consulting and management to include: brand differentiation, business innovation, pricing, product portfolio management, supply chain optimization, merger integration, large program management, business startup, and enterprise architecture. Mike leads Homeland Security business development and account operations for Stokes Evans.
As Chief Strategy Officer for ICOR Partners, Mr. Chervenic drove profitable growth from $1 Million to $11 Million in three years and enabled selection as a Consulting Magazine “2007 Small Jewel” and number 340 on the “2007 Inc. 500.” Mr. Chervenic has led over 50 global strategy, transformation, and technology programs, generating hundreds of millions of dollars in performance breakthroughs as a senior leader with PRTM and Celerant Consulting. His clients include Fortune 500, public sector, middle market, and high growth small businesses. Mike has worked on projects in 44 states and 14 countries.
As co-founder and president of Aurora Management, Mr. Chervenic designed and marketed Customer Relationship Management software responsible for sales increases of up to 40% at 130 Xerox sales offices. He also turned around a faltering PeopleSoft consulting firm as interim president. A chemical engineer, Mr. Chervenic spent ten years assisting industrial clients around the world solve complex manufacturing and process problems. Mr. Chervenic has spoken at international industry and university events on innovation, enterprise process management, solution architecture, and supply chain collaboration.
Mr. Chervenic earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State. He holds an active Top Secret security clearance.
